As representatives of Seiyu Karate, we will be respectful to all staff members and other users of the facility at all times.

To ensure the safety of all members, anyone who wishes to enjoy the lake must be an adult the age of 18 or over unless accompanied by an adult the age of 18 or over.

This includes being on the dock space at any time. Please talk to one of the black belt instructors if you have any questions about this.

Life jackets must be worn at all times when using a canoe or watercraft. Travel in groups of at least two with one being an adult when exploring the trails of Loon Lake. Do not attempt to feed or touch any wildlife at any time.

Alcohol consumption is to be kept discrete and respectful at all times and the BC laws strictly adhered to where the legal age of consumption is 19 and over. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

All items that are brought onto the property that are disposable are to be disposed of in the appropriate trash containers, also if you see any trash laying around please pick it up and dispose of it. We are here as a group representing Seiyu Karate and must be mindful of our reputation at all times.

Bathroom facilities must be kept clean at all times and no paper or trash left on the floors. If the paper products are empty, please immediately let one of the adults know about it so it can be replaced for the next person.

Before leaving the dining hall, take a look around and clean up all items left by yourself or others in our group.

If you see any unsafe conditions or have any concerns, immediately bring them to the attention of one of the black belt instructors.

Acts or remarks of harassment and discrimination will not be tolerated. Keep a positive and motivated mindset while participating in this camp experience and let's make it a fantastic experience for all involved and remember to maintain and build our reputation as respectful representatives of Seiyu Karate.

Registration Deadline and Cancellation Policy

Please register by June 30 for the early bird price.

Registration will close either on Aug 1 or when it reaches capacity (50 participants).

Please be advised the last day to cancel with a full refund is June 30.

A 50% refund will be given if cancellation takes place between July 1 and July 31.

For all cancellations and withdrawals after August 1, participants need to discuss them with Shihan Tats to find out if a portion of the fee can be refunded.
