Introductory Class

This program is designed for people who have never trained in Karate before. This introductory class teaches how to properly bow, sit and stand. It also focuses on the basic techniques of Seiyu Karate called Kihon. After the completion of this program, a student should be ready to join a regular class where intermediate and advanced students train together.

Children 6 to 12 years old

January 9 to February 27, 2023 (No Class on Jan 23)
Each Monday from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm
Downtown Dojo at 1155 Thurlow Street, Vancouver

Tuition: $147.00 tax included.

Children 6 to 12: Register by December 31, 2022

Beginner Adults 19 and over

If you live in the east side of Vancouver, we have a beginner class at our Killarney location (49th and Kerr) every Thursday from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm in January.

For our downtown location, there may be a few spaces available in January for beginners to join our white and orange belt class on Mon & Wed from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
